To ensure a comprehensive water treatment solution, our company supplies all necessary equipment, offering practical solutions tailored to the needs of your facilities:

  • Water treatment plants We offer reverse osmosis, dealkalization, water softening, iron removal, filtration, and disinfection systems. Their purpose is to remove unwanted substances and properly treat the water in accordance with the specifications of each specific application.

    • Reverse Osmosis (RO) Units: The key component of osmosis systems. They separate and remove up to 99% of dissolved salts and microorganisms, producing high-purity water essential for demanding applications (e.g., boiler feedwater).

    • Water Softeners: Ion exchange units that use special resins to remove hardness ions (calcium and magnesium). Their purpose is to provide “soft” water, protecting pipes and heat exchangers from scale and hard deposits.

    • Pre-treatment & Filtration Systems: Suspended solids and activated carbon filters. They remove solid particles, turbidity, free chlorine, and organic contaminants, protecting downstream sensitive equipment (such as RO membranes).

  • Dosing equipment We provide automatic or semi-automatic units that ensure the consistent and controlled addition of chemicals to water, guaranteeing the correct dosage.

  • Ultrasound Flowmeters Flow measurement equipment that enables regular monitoring and recording of water and chemical consumption.

  • Control and automation systems Systems designed to monitor and control water parameters such as conductivity (conductivity meters), ensuring the smooth operation and safety of the facilities.

    • Conductivity Controllers: Devices for continuous monitoring of total dissolved solids (TDS) in boiler and cooling tower water. They ensure that the chemical composition of the water remains within strict operating specifications. They are not limited to simply monitoring total dissolved solids (TDS) in boiler and cooling tower water. They serve as the "brain" of the system; as soon as they detect a tendency to exceed the predetermined limits, they immediately send the appropriate signal to adjust the blowdown (automatic blowdown). Through this function, conductivity is constantly and precisely maintained at the desired levels, preventing scale buildup and minimizing unnecessary waste of water and energy.

    • Chlorination Controllers / ORP: They continuously monitor the residual chlorine levels or the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) in the system's water. In direct communication with the dosing pumps, they automatically and precisely regulate the injection of the disinfectant (e.g., sodium hypochlorite). This process ensures consistent water disinfection, preventing microbial growth, while simultaneously protecting the facilities from corrosion that could result from over-chlorination.
  • UV systems: Equipment that uses ultraviolet radiation to eliminate bacteria and microorganisms in water, providing safe disinfection without leaving chemical residues.
