A complete control system includes:

• Continuous Monitoring & Automatic Straining: The central conductivity controller continuously monitors the salt concentration in the cooling tower water. As soon as it detects a tendency to exceed the preset limits, it automatically activates the blowdown valve, maintaining the system’s chemical balance and preventing scale buildup.

• Flow-Based Dosing for Maximum Economy: The addition of chemical additives (anti-scaling agents, biocides, etc.) is carried out based on the actual flow of the supply water (as measured by a flow meter) rather than simple time-based scheduling. This method ensures that the injection of chemicals is perfectly proportional to the water entering the system, avoiding underdosing or unnecessary overconsumption of materials. The result is optimal protection of the facility at the lowest possible operating cost.

• Remote Monitoring Capability: Our systems support remote control connectivity. Facility managers can monitor measurements (conductivity, temperature, pump operation) and receive immediate real-time alerts via computer or mobile device, ensuring full control of the cooling tower from anywhere.
